102316 . Sleeping Outside

We finally went camping. My hubby Chris and I have been talking about going on a camping adventure for about 2 years and this weekend, we finally made it out!

Living right outside of Dallas doesn't give us many opportunities to be surrounded by nature, so camping was an exciting way for us to get that chance. The one part I was NOT looking forward to (besides sleeping on the ground...) was setting up the tent. All those stakes and poles sounded like a frustrating debacle waiting to happen.

With a little research, I found this Wenzel Vortex Tent....with....NO POLES.  This tent basically has inflatable poles built in, so you just pump them up with air and you're done. We had it set-up in under 2 minutes. This little gem fit the two of us fine and we found it very easy to work with.
